Welcome to the Oregon Executive Development Institute (OEDI) website. We hope this website will provide our guests and members with valuable information regarding our organization.

Traditionally, our membership included managers and executives from all areas of Oregon’s public safety community. However, beginning in 2010, we’ve expanded our membership and training opportunities to include military personnel and other associate members representing higher education and sectors of private industry having a direct relationship to the furtherance of public safety and OEDI goals and objectives.

An on-going goal of OEDI is to partner with public and private sector organizations to develop executives that value and apply contemporary knowledge and leadership skills, striving for excellence and enhancing service to their organizations and communities. To achieve this goal, OEDI provides relevant, cutting-edge leadership training and education, developing a professional network among its members and stakeholders for information sharing, problem solving and collaboration.

In 2010, OEDI will provide and/or sponsor progressive leadership training which will help us and our members achieve our goals.
