Training Opportunities

Each March, OEDI conducts an annual one week executive leadership training session for current and future Oregon public safety executives, military leaders and managers and executives from the private sector and Higher Ed. The format of the annual session is in-residence, rural setting with training and networking events that extend into the evening to maximize the week-long event. The training focuses on leadership and executive management issues with an underlying theme of servant leadership.

OEDI also conducts periodic advanced training, (1-2 day events), in partnership with other organizations. For further details, see Upcoming Training Events – OEDI Advanced Training below.
